Right, this place is proper lush! The staff are like mates, always ready to help. Loved the spa – proper relaxing vibes, especially the outdoor jacuzzi! But, blimey, those stairs after a long day on the slopes ain't no joke.

The spa is amazing, with pools and saunas for ultimate relaxation. Don't miss the Wednesday hike for a unique experience!

Family with children excellent stay

The spa was incredible, my kids loved the indoor pool and we all enjoyed relaxing in the outdoor jacuzzi after a long day of skiing. The breakfast buffet had a great selection that satisfied everyone in the family, from pancakes to pastries, it was like a feast every morning.

It wasn't cheap but we accepted the prices considering the overall experience.

Despite these hiccups, the overall experience was worth it, but some areas could use a tweak.

Had an awesome time with friends! We loved the Pure Altitude Massages and the kids club offered engaging activities. The staff really knows how to make your stay special. The dining experience was top-notch, with a great restaurant and beautiful surroundings. Don't miss the amazing spa and try their outdoor jacuzzi to unwind after your activities!

The only downside was the numerous stairs we had to navigate. they could be tiring after a long day. Just something to keep in mind if you're not keen on climbing lots of steps.

While the dining options are varied, some of the meals felt overpriced given the portion size and quality, leading to a feeling of underwhelming value. The shuttle service can get crowded, especially in peak times, making that return after a long day on the slopes a headache rather than a smooth transition. the spa could greatly enhance the experience by offering a tranquil atmosphere less impacted by rambunctious kids.
